01/18/2021 –

In our continuous effort to keep our patients up-to-date on our COVID-19 procedures we would like to inform you of the following: the staff here at the office of Dr. John P. Lenz have received the first round of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine and are scheduled to receive the second (final) round the second week of February.

Dear Patients:

We want to let you know that at our office, infection control has always been the utmost priority and continues to be so in today’s climate.  Since the onset of COVID, we have gone above and beyond the normal standards.

Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association and US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.  We continue to closely monitor the recommendations of these agencies so that we can take extra measures to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.  We have changed our surface disinfectant, installed whole office scrubber on our HVAC unit and air ionizers in the exam rooms.  Patients are required to wear masks and as they enter the premises, have temperature taken, and are requested to fill out a COVID health questionnaire.  Staff personnel wear N95 masks, lab jackets and/or isolation gowns, face shields, and surgical hair coverings.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the office at 708-442-8787.
